Meet the Next UAV Challenger
After almost a year of work (mostly in my spare time, usually one day each weekend) on UAVs, I am excited to share the very first real-world test of my first prototype UAV model, built completely from scratch; including the software stack.
In the demo video, the UAV takes off in a quite windy area, flies rectangular patterns several times and lands fully autonomously. All of this is powered by an AI pilot, running entirely on-board with no GPS and no internet connection.
